kotoko is promoting the Itakiss Blu-ray BOX 1&2 and then Irie says that she looks pretty but she doesn't get it immediately and ask "what?" but when Irie is finishing the promotion, she realizes and ask him If it is true what he said, and to say it one more time.
That is what I understand. Hope I am right because I think is so so Cute ♡
