Making a small bottle of thinned-down topper is a great tip that I learned from you. I've done it with several of my toppers now.
Do you count polishes that you finished also as polishes that are out of your collection? Once you finish a few that could go toward the 2 that you technically have extra in your collection that shouldn't be there. 😊

Ah man, my budget for the entire year was only about $40 as a hard limit. I've spent close to $30 of that so far, I've found a lot of polishes on deep discount. Trying to convince myself I don't need any more, but TJ/TK Maxx has such good deals and I will absolutely not buy ORLY firsthand anymore.
