Gackt actually isn’t at really at fault for not knowing how many band members were in Malice Mizer.
There was another vocalist before him, tetsu, who left to do more traditional rock. Then tragically the drum player Kami died. After gackt left soon and a new vocalist klaha took his place. Even I’m not sure if they had a new permanent drummer.
