  1. One issue might be that you’re using an unidentified ramen broth already put together.
    Ramen typically has a thicker “sauce” which is the main flavoring ingredient, and a pork stock (pork bones, the green ends of leeks, etc) For a ramen flavor you most likely are going to want to replace the sake with the “sauce” and simmer with your stock.

  2. 偏見で作って偏見のまま食べてるから正解かどうか分からず、ただ普段食べないタイプの飯が美味しかったなってなってるの可愛い。
    今更だけどたったこれだけといい切るの好き。
