Today I am sharing my swatches and review of the recently released Mooncat Welcome to Paradise nail polish collection. There are 10 polishes in total, in varying formulas. I tested how these polishes compare to others in my collection, and over black.

First of all love the addition of spinning around to show the color shifts (plus spinning in chairs is fun). Second, our nail father loving a pink shade!? 🤯😂 I love that we have a darker, grungier nail polish collection. I appreciate the bright, headache inducing summer collections but omg what a pleasant break from the violently bright nail polish releases we typically see during summer.

Ha³ I am with you. I am not a pink liker, let alone a lover. I really dislike pinks on me but if I was forced to wear one then I believe ego stroker would be it.

I like that mooncat has returned to edgy its not a phase mom! vibe buuuut I found this collection a little zzz I just hate magnetics lol
From the picture meowtek look exactly like root of all evil and missed shift. I have root of all evil , was thinking of getting missed shift from Holo , but now not nessary , I love those colors but I do not need multiple one. For me the mooncat collection is ok but too much magnetic and I do not like much thermal and the Nirvana pro x. For me I can passed on that collection.
oh my god, when will titan get an acting gig, truly a star! him wanting his pillow situated to lay his head on is the cutest thing ever 🥹 i'm also not usually a pink person, but the past collections from ilnp, ht, and mc have me wondering if i'm a fraud and just need to accept that i like a certain shade of pink 🙄haha
can i say, your swatch videos are not only comedic, but it's still so insightful. you and i are not twins in the skin tone department, but i love seeing how the polishes look on various tones, nail shapes, and lighting set-ups! you provide just as valuable information as any other swatcher! also, crying that nail husband knows who i am?? like legitimately bawled out when i saw the little shout out moment, thank you so so much 🥹💜💜 (very surprised y'all said my name right, i'm so used to people mispronouncing it haha 😅)

Great intro, Titan is truly a man who knows what he wants. I'm on the fence with this collection, I really like the magnetics in the aura style (thank you nail husband), but do I want to pay this price? At least they're not limited edition, so they can go on the wait list until the next sale. Thank you for another helpful swatch video that was also so much fun!

Your magnetic skittle made me see it as a “magnetic rainbow”. That’s actually pretty cool.
I feel like meowtek industries should have been in a different collection all together. And that thermal is giving, "we had this one left on the shelf let's throw that in this collection." It does not fit the theme at all.

Note on new camera angle and lighting. Camera angle, fine, looked good. Lighting. was. HARSH. a bit too aggressive and didn't show things as well as in past videos, imho. Maybe need some diffused lighting, I'm no expert though.
Keep having fun and playing with things. Looking forward to your WOMOHs and videos showing off your new polishes. Also, Titan is awesome, as always.
Now I’ve got George Salazar stuck in my head 😂 Love the video, and thank you for showing the unmagnetized swatches! I am also lazy, and sometimes my spasticity in my hands means magnetizing is just not gonna happen, so I only buy magnetics if I like them in either state (that said, I did just order Moon Shine Mani’s Tairn and will be getting their Clare Fraser from PPU this weekend because they are gorgeous either way).
I was mostly whelmed by this collection. The ones that I was most drawn to, I already have similar shades (Serpents of Eden, SpaceOddity). I might pick up Nightmode if it’s available during the lunar sale. I like the collection and the return to what I think of as Mooncat’s vibe, but I’m also relieved for my wallet 😅
And hey, Ego Stroker 9000 can just be the exception that proves the rule! You can still be a pink hater 😂

Okay, lots to say…all good things I promise!
Firstly, while I prefer the previous angle for your nail swatches, my mind is open and I can appreciate how the new angle lets us see the polish in indirect and direct lighting when it is swatched. Secondly, be as silly as you like when describing the polish! I personally love the silliness of this channel! The world is dark and full of terrors, and your videos always make my day because you two are just so fun to watch as you riff off each other. Thirdly, is it just me, or should Hall of Mirrors from the Baroquen collection and Nirvana Pro X have switched places? Nirvana Pro X gives me overgrown garden vibes, which I guess works for a dystopian theme, but doesn't scream "cyberpunk" to me. Meanwhile, Hall of Mirrors fits the set it came in, but I could see it working here as shattered glass or broken tech. Just my two cents, I'm not buying from Mooncat until the Black Friday sale because the prices are so out of reach for me.
Meanwhile, in sticker lore, Doug the Donut and Clarence the Cupcake are glaring at each other from across the bar when a mysterious stranger walks in. Is she cheesecake? An ice cream sandwich? A sad tortilla with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle? Clarence and Doug aren't sure, but whoever she is, they can feel the nerdy vibes from across the room and something tells them she just wants to geek out over the Matrix films.
