同じ高校に通う、親友だった美枝子（#藤野涼子）と槙雄（#青木柚）。一緒に始めたバイト先で大学生・永慈（#中川大輔）と出会い、3人はつるむようになる。ある日、永慈が槙雄を好きだと言い出し、2人は結ばれる。しかし周囲が交際に反対。槙雄と永慈を引き裂こうとするなか、美枝子が彼らのために2人の子どもを産むことを決意。3人の特別な関係は徐々に変化していく。そんなとき、槙雄は幼なじみの朝人（#兼近大樹）と偶然再会し・・・。
原作は、漫画家 #絵津鼓 による 「モアザンワーズ」（幻冬舎コミックス）と 「IN THE APARTMENT」（大洋図書）。
監督はこれが連続ドラマ初監督となる #橋爪駿輝。
脚本は各時代の瑞々しい青春ラブストーリー、数々の話題作を描いてきた #浅野妙子。

Terminé de ver esta serie hoy y fue una de las más hermosas que he visto. Lloré un montón. La calidad actoral y la producción fueron impecables. Todo el mundo debería verla. No tiene un mal final, pero por mi estabilidad emocional decido emigrar a un universo donde esto tiene un final cliché

Iam not getting over this series anytime soon. Such a masterpiece , my mind wouldnt stop thinking about this series. I turned into a melancholic after watching this series. Mind me it just stays rooted with you. You ll keep on thinking in cirlces. Makki makki! I loved and love this character. so many thoughts and "what if" scenarios…..
過去最高傑作だった（特に前半）
i especially love the mood and the cinematography in this drama, it's not over dramatic or too noisy, it's just right, i felt like i'm part of them, but the ending tho, need another season for eiji and makki closure

前情報なしで視聴しましたが、傑作ドラマでした。
BL物だからと食わず嫌いせずに見るべきです。
色々詰めが甘い気がしたけど、展開が面白かった。

If you are watching More than Words for the first time, know that it preaches the "gay cure" and, like all homophobic stories, the gay character suffers immensely in the hands of the bisexual character, who finish with the girl having a "normal" life. outrageous for the gay audience.
