That's so funny seeing you open up the teeny tiny heart that I bought and had the same reaction to.
Idk but I think it's normal to randomly buy charms and nail things and not check the size. I mean the prices are so low it's easy to buy things that turn out huge or tiny.
23:08 Yes! I heat them up with a blow dryer before putting the nails on and it almost melts (?) them and makes the nails stick better!!!
