細腕にはクレドールの方が似合うね
数年前からProspexの広告塔として坂口さんを採用しておられますが、坂口さん個人の端正でありながらのワイルドなイメージや、ライフスタイルとも上手く合わさった、素晴らしい人選であると考えていました。
SEIKOを初めドジャース大谷選手の人気にあやかろうとする企業が多いですが、正直もう飽和状態と言うのが個人的な印象です。

I’ve been a Seiko customer for about 15 years, with more than 15 Seiko watches purchased. I’m crazy about Seiko’s designs, especially their divers, and I love the idea that Seiko is one of the few brands with real history behind it, capable of making watches for everyone from €200 pieces all the way up to GS and Credor.
I like the fact that Seiko produces its movements in house, as well as everything else in the watch. But then what? The 6R calibers are junk, inaccurate and unreliable, impossible to use as a daily watch because after just a few weeks you end up with watches running several minutes fast or slow.
The higher ranges aren’t free from issues either, with calibers that change their performance after just a few months. After months of waiting and a lot of hype, I went to the store to buy the new MM300 HBF001, and the rehaut was misaligned, slightly but still misaligned. With this yet another negative experience, and I repeat yet another negative experience, I’ve completely lost trust in the brand.
It’s a shame, because I never chose Seiko to save money, I chose it because I genuinely prefer it over others. But I can’t tolerate these problems, especially when after years nobody steps in to fix them.
Goodbye Seiko. It’s a pity, because the new MM300 is the most beautiful diver on the market.
